SOLA is a cross cultural ‘East meets West’ ap- proach to mental health and emotional wellness. Adopting a creative and insightful approach SOLA offers an essential ‘rite of passage’ education that we feel has been missing from our youth culture for many decades.

With an 18 to 35 year old target demograph, SOLA brings these two dynamic generations together to communicate with and support each other in a safe and supported environment.
